Ticket Pick-Up/Delivery Policy
Tickets purchased after November 10 for this year's Concert of Excellence must be picked up at the Second Generation office (248 W. 35th St, 15th Fl, NY, NY, 10001). Office hours are 12pm to 8pm through Friday; Sat & Sun (11/20-11/21) 1pm-5pm; Office hours on November 22 (the day of the event) are: 12pm to 3pm. Please call (212) 334-4777 before you arrive to pick up, and if you need to make alternate arrangements.
Tickets must be picked up in advance. We will do our best to accommodate you. They are not available for will call at Jazz at Lincoln Center.
